The company has been brilliant. I have used them for every social event organised by my team thus far. I will continue to engage the variety of services provided by Viable Events in the future.
Particular commendation for their flexibility and understanding when events change at the last minute, or when an unexpected problem arises. The professionalism of the company is very impressive and it is comforting to know that they are conducting their responsibilities autonomously whilst I’m panicking about another issue. Also, their friendly approach makes it a pleasure to work with their staff and there is the potential to coordinate and work more closely with them- capitalise on their experience/ insight to organising any event, any size.
I am recommending them to the Reading University Procurement Department. I assume that if they meet the requisite standards set by the University they will be recognised as a University approved company and hopefully enjoy more business.

I have been most impressed by the services provided by VIable Events and the professional attitude of their staff. I asked them to completely organise and run my recent birthday party, including even the smallest details. The party was a great success and all I'd had to do was invite the guests - Viable Events took care of everything else. I was particularly impressed by the creative lighting and the hot tub was a real hit with my guests. The party certainly had the wow factor!
