After they found us via our website, we were contacted by the University of Cardiff's netball team to organise a complete night for their final event a netball team formal.
The Brief
To organise a restaurant, club VIP entrance, PA system and video solutions for a netball team formal.
The Production
We organised a restaurant for the meal at the start of the night. Guests were greeted by our meet and greet staff and shown to our champagne reception. After the meal had taken place a presentation began starting with a montage of photographs from throughout the year. To do this we used a sanyo projector and fast fold screens. Plasma screens were rigged so guests further away could still enjoy the photos. This was followed by speeches and awards for which we had installed a discreet sound system and four way Shure wireless radio microphone system. We hired a professional events photographer to take pictures throughout the night.
After the meal the girls were treated to a goody bag filled with branded products like 'Prada' perfume, 'Hotel Chocolate' chocolate and 'Lush' beauty products. They were then escorted to the after party where they were given the VIP treatment including queue jump, free bottles of champagne and access to the VIP floor above the dance-floor.
